the UNTENSIVE
Practice Progress' 5th Annual UNtensive is coming June 20-22, 2025!
A 3 day virtual gathering for movers, teachers, artists, organizers and anyone seeking accessible creative community to liberate time. This year’s UNtensive is organized around the theme of Making T I M E, which is an invitation to refuse urgent reactivity and turn towards the brilliance of ancestors and contemporaries whose resistance work has already mapped the course.
In partnership with Arcos Dance and Garden!
This virtual workshop series is led by Kai Hazelwood and Sarah Ashkin, co-facilitators of Practice Progress, embodied anti-racism facilitators, and a community of renowned guest artists.
